Dr. Thorpe A. Jacob, DDS
Dr. Jacob earned his doctorate in dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986. He then served as a U.S. Navy dental officer, treating Marines at Parris Island and MCAS Beaufort, including 18 months in the oral surgery department.
He placed his first dental implant in 1991 and has trained in implant dentistry in the United States, Europe and South America. Over 30+ years he has restored about 2,500 full arches and mentored nine dentists in implant dentistry.
He places and restores implants himself. His focus today is full arch teeth done safely and affordably, with time to answer every question.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your full arch consultation with Dr. Jacob is free, your 3D CBCT scan is included, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Do you offer free implants or dental grants?
No. The consultation and 3D scan are free, but treatment is not, and we don't offer grants or free implants. What we do offer is an honest plan in writing and financing through CareCredit, Proceed Finance and Cherry.
What happens at the consultation?
We take your 3D scan, Dr. Jacob looks at your mouth, listens to what you want, and explains your options. You get a written plan before anything begins, and you decide from there.
How is All-on-X different from a denture?
A traditional denture rests on your gums. All-on-X anchors a full arch of fixed teeth to implants, so your teeth stay in place when you eat, speak and smile.
Can I really get teeth the same day?
Many patients can, because our scan, surgical suite and lab are all under one roof. Dr. Jacob confirms whether it fits your case at the consult. Individual results vary.
